Well the sappy message I posted before has taken a turn for the better. I took the week off of work (luckily I have a boss that is cool enough to let me) and tackled my situation like a beast. After checking with several people and looking at a dozen different places, I found the perfect place for me and my kids. I move in next week and my current landlord is being cool as hell since I was honest with him and just told him there was no way that I could pay him the money I owe hime. The new place will allow me to save money for once and get my stuff together.
The rest is up to me. I can find myself in this situation again if I don't start making the right moves. I still have a long way to go, but my landlord is willing to let me pay him off little by little until I have paid him off the back rent that I owe him. I'm so happy about all of this just wanted to share it with someone.
